We build and operate the global-scale infrastructure underpinning Cloudsmith. We build the features our customers rely on to ship continuously, securely. 

### How we work

We work in clearly defined tribes and squads, each tackling a subset of the platform. We ship continuously, and design for scale from the start. Tribes continue to own their work and improve it over time.

We work closely with Product, Security and Customer Success to ship a satisfying, secure product customers will continue to get value from long term.

Employ a problem-solving mindset at all times. Look for better ways to communicate. Every touchpoint internally and externally is an opportunity to create something excellent and build our reputation.

Think big, think global. Plan for the future, plan for scale. Create scaleable processes to support business needs and ways of designing. Don't place limits on your imagination or creativity.

Take a conscientious approach. Consider security in every decision — present the company in a way which shows we take security seriously and can be trusted.

Approach everything with curiosity and enthusiasm. Always learning. Work collaboratively with other functions across Cloudsmith to support their creative needs and achieve our shared goals. Assume positive intent at all times.
