We shape how Cloudsmith looks, sounds and feels wherever people encounter it. From our visual identity down to our origin story, we make Cloudsmith distinctive, consistent and impossible to overlook.

We turn complex infrastructure into products people genuinely enjoy using. We work closely with engineering and product to make powerful tools feel intuitive, purposeful and beautifully considered - from the smallest interaction to the overall experience.

## What we look for

### Smart

Don't do simple tasks over and over, look for efficient ways to work. Create document and asset templates, automate tasks where possible and help people to self-serve to leave more time for the big projects.

### Innovative

Employ a problem-solving mindset at all times. Look for better ways to communicate. Every touchpoint internally and externally is an opportunity to create something excellent and build our reputation.

### Unlimited

Think big, think global. Plan for the future, plan for scale. Create scaleable processes to support business needs and ways of designing. Don't place limits on your imagination or creativity.

### Diligent

Take a conscientious approach. Consider security in every decision — present the company in a way which shows we take security seriously and can be trusted.

### Collaborative

Approach everything with curiosity and enthusiasm. Always learning. Work collaboratively with other functions across Cloudsmith to support their creative needs and achieve our shared goals. Assume positive intent at all times.

### Empathetic

Always place the developer/customer/audience at the centre to create intuitive and engaging designs that communicate clearly and effectively.

### Transparent

Communicate honestly and with integrity. Share knowledge and information openly. As a function that supports the creative needs of other functions, we might spot opportunities for connections or efficiencies — join the dots where possible.
