# Set exact usage limits with numerical inputs

Setting usage limits on your Cloudsmith workspace (workspace **Settings** tab, under **Usage limits**.) used to mean dragging sliders. Customers told us this was cumbersome and imprecise. Today we’ve simplified usage limits - now you simply input the value of your desired limit. 

- **Plan allowances at a glance:** each limit shows the artifact data and package delivery your plan already includes, so it’s clear what you’re adding on top.
- **Errors shown beside the field:** when you save, validation messages appear next to the input they apply to, so you can see which value needs changing.
